On 14-15 July 2022 Milena Dobreva from Distill will join forces with Assoc. Prof. Georgios Papaioannou from Ionian University, Greece and representatives of the e-Infrastructure for Bulgarian language and cultural heritage CLaDA-BG delivering a master class for 20 museum professionals from various museum sectors in Bulgaria. The master class will explore how smaller museums can apply design thinking to map better the user journeys and embark on datafication which will meet users’ needs.
The event will help design and deliver a toolkit supporting smaller museums in their journeys into the data space realm.

A special guest at the opening will be Dr. Susan Hazan, Advisory Board Member of Europeana and CEO of Digital Heritage Israel. She will join online.
